A 3 day online workshop for actors, dancers, performers, the workshop focuses on creating a daily ritual for the body and prepare the body to react and perform on stage.
Day 1 Removing the blocks from body.
Karnsadhakam
Eye exercises from kutiyattam
Kaalsadhakam
Standing poses from kalaripayattu and Kathakali.

Day 2 creating a flow in the body
Body sequences based on imagination and repetition.

Day 3 voice and body
Breath, voice work with the support of the body.

We will create a sequence of exercise so that you can practice them everyday to keep your instrument in a better shape.
