THE ACTORS BLUEPRINT FOR AUTHENTICITY a- 10 DAY INTENSIVE WORKSHOP
A Methodology for Truthful Behavior on Camera

Before you are an actor, you are a human being. And it is the human in you-with all your scars, joys, and sensitivities-that is your greatest instrument.

Learn authentic acting by reclaiming your birthright to feel, experience, connect, and share. Move beyond pretending and step into the raw, uncensored flow of life.

To act is not to hide, but to reveal universal truths of the human condition through your own soul.

This 10-day intensive is for actors who want to stop performing emotions and start living truthfully under imaginary circumstances.

Rooted in Anti Acting, this training reconnects you to your humanity, awareness, and truthful behavior before technique. The work moves from the instrument (you), to the text, to real on-set application-bridging inner truth with professional performance.

1. FOUNDATION - You are the Instrument

(Days 1-3: Awareness, Presence, Listening, Imagination)

Reclaim your most important tool: yourself. Before character and script, rediscover presence, listening, and authentic impulse.

Core Focus:
- Awareness and emotional availability
- Presence and truthful response
- Knowing your perspective
- Listening exercises using Meisner technique
- Releasing clich-s and performative habits
- Imagination using -What if- and -As if-

Meisner-Based Training:
- Repetition for instinctive response
- Independent Activity (reality of doing)
- Moment-to-moment work
- Removing pre-planned acting

Practice Areas:
- Sensory drills
- Emotional flow
- Partner observation
- Removing emotional and physical blocks

Outcome:
You become grounded, responsive, emotionally open, and alive in the moment.

2. ARCHITECTURE - Script & Character

(Days 4-6: Inner Blueprint of Performance)

Learn to approach script with discipline, not premature performance.

Core Focus:
- Flat memorization
- Speed Blitz technique
- Deep script breakdown
- 9-Step Script Analysis
- Objectives, needs, obstacles, action verbs, Impressions of life, activity, superobjective, point of view and Perspective
- Plot vs story understanding emotional journey of the character.

Character Construction:
You don-t try to be the character-you are the character.

- Given circumstances
- Relationships
- Psychological structure
- Seven Pillars of Character
- Living Memory bank process (Not Your personal emotional Memory)
- External tools (objects, physical states)

Practical Work:
- Scene analysis labs
- Subtext exploration
- Translating text into behavior

Outcome:
You stop -acting scenes- and start understanding human behavior within the script.

3. APPLICATION - Camera, Set, Auditions

(Days 7-10: Practical Execution)

Translate preparation into real environments.

Core Focus:
- Acting for camera
- How to work with different kind of directors
- On-set discipline and continuity
- Working under pressure
- Audition & self-tape technique
- Fast preparation methods

Final Work:
- Live monologue performance
- Individual feedback
- Actor-s toolkit & script sheets

OUTCOME

A repeatable process. No guessing.

You learn to stop performing and start listening so deeply that responses become inevitable.

The difference between indicating and being. Showing emotion vs having one. Acting vs living truthfully.

You understand your instrument, your patterns, and how to tune yourself for any role.

You leave with clarity, process, and quiet confidence-not hope, not luck.
