Over the past few months, I've been curating a workshop that brings together scriptwriting, storytelling, psychology, and mindfulness. It draws from my experience with screenwriting craft, short courses in psychology, and insights from various meditation retreats.

The Third edition of Write Your Own Story is dedicated to neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, and mothers & homemakers. Not because your stories are different in value, but because they're often interrupted, misunderstood, or left unheard.

More than anything, I want this workshop to be a space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, reconnect with your own needs, and discover the voice that may have been buried beneath expectations, roles, labels, or noise. Because the most powerful stories aren't the loudest ones. They're the honest ones.

This is not just a screenwriting workshop. And not just a self-discovery workshop either. It's a space where storytelling helps you understand yourself better. Where you learn: how stories work, how emotions work, and maybe - how you work too.
