Mukesh Rawal, a veteran actor of the Gujarati stage, who also acted in films and in television – noted for his role as 'Vibhishan' in Ramanand Sagar's televised series of the Ramayana, passed away on 16th November 2016. He was 65 years old. His death is said to be a cause of a mishap while he may have been crossing the railway tracks at Kandivali.
