A 3-day immersive body awareness workshop. Discover your body's unique rhythm move, feel, and express like never before. A three day movement workshop for anyone looking to build a deeper relationship with their body.

Body Awareness workshop is open to everyone who wishes to build a deeper relationship with the body and move better. This workshop invites the participants to investigate the dynamics of body in isolation and group of other bodies. It's an attempt to look at body as a sight of integration for breath, movement and imagination. This workshop will help you.

~ Develop awareness about your body.
~ Focus on everyday movement connecting the different parts of your body.
~ Discover the role of emotions in movements.
~ Learn more about the physicality and expression through your body.

About the facilitator
Abhay Mahajan is a trained actor/ dancer, working in theatre and on screen for past 15 years.

Abhay has extensively trained in acting and movement in India and Europe and has been teaching movement to actors for last 10 years.�He is also an alumni of Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts. He has trained with renowned choreographers like Anton Lachky, Lali Aguade, Akira Yoshida and others. He is a recipient of Inlaks theatre awards.

His screen work includes TVF Pitchers, CRD, Shantit Kranti, Trijya and others.
