ACTING WORKSHOP - INSIDE OUT, a 5 day workshop aiming to help aspiring actors, directors and individuals from varied backgrounds wishing to explore and enhance their creative potential. The workshop is specially designed to give the artist a strong foundation through Performing Arts. It focuses on Intuitive movement, voice, speech, imagination, improvisation and presentations skills

Actors often struggle to cope up with the demands of the current industry trends due to lack of understanding of their individual human mechanism.

Alok Ulfat has been a theatre practitioner and a mentor for over 2 decades. He believes that an essential part of the an artist's preparation is to realize what�s unique within. There is also an urgent need to invest in discovering, reinventing and strengthening an individual's LIFE FORCES; "hence lets be driven by INSIDE OUT"
