This intensive workshop introduces participants to the Michael Chekhov Technique, exploring the role of imagination, physical expression and psychological gestures in creating compelling performances.

Participants will work on body movement, gesture, inner impulses, emotional preparation, atmosphere, rhythm, energy and ensemble work. Through practical exercises, scene work and faculty feedback, they will develop characters using physical and imaginative choices.

Course Director: Mr. Alok Arora An FTII-trained actor and certified Michael Chekhov Technique teacher (MICHA, USA), Alok Arora has worked across films, web series and theatre. With over seven years of teaching experience, he has trained more than 2,000 students.
