During the workshop, participants will undergo carefully designed exercises, aimed at making them more alive and present . These exercises help the senses become more receptive and available. It is a journey of listening to your own body through a series of traditional and modern physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation. The workshop will also introduce the concept of organic improvisation, empowering participants to explore and express their creativity in a spontaneous yet grounded manner.

This exploration will culminate in a series of practiced scene works from modern Indian plays, including works by Mahesh Dattani, Mahesh Elkunchwar, and other contemporary playwrights. Throughout the workshop, participants will apply the techniques developed through breath, body, voice, improvisation, and character work to explore, devise, and perform scenes.

The workshop will conclude with an informal sharing of these scene works, offering participants an opportunity to demonstrate their creative process, spontaneity, individual expression, and ability to work as an ensemble.
