The Joy Practice 🎭
An improv theatre workshop to reconnect with play, presence and everyday joy.

When was the last time you played just for the joy of it?

Joy isn't something we wait for. It's something we can practise. Through improv, movement and play, this workshop is a chance to slow down, drop the overthinking, and reconnect with the curiosity and ease adulthood quietly takes from us. Warm space, zero judgment, no performing required.
