Actor Vipul Vithlani, who is very famous in Gujarati theatre is all set to storm the stage with his new play CASE NO 99 which is directed by Pankaj Pathakji.
The Gujarati actor happily posted about the same on his social media site.
During the conversation with Vistaap regarding about getting CASE NO 99, he says ‘CASE NO 99 was a classic thriller long back, producer Kaustubh Bhai (Kaustubh Trivedi) and actor Vipul Bhai (Vipul Vithlani) has come to see my Gujarati comedy play MUSIBAT NO MORABBO and they liked my performance. It was Vipul Bhai who had recommended Kaustubh Bhai (Producer) and it was decided by both to cast as a hero in CASE NO 99.
When asked him about experience working with Vipul Vithlani, he says, "Definitely both especially Kaustabh Parekh is very senior to me and it's an honor getting working with him in this genre. There are many things getting to be learnt from Vipul Bhai as he working on Gujarati stage since last 30-31 years, it gives happiness and Pankaj Bhai (Pankaj Parekhji) is a very good director who has selected this.
Apart from Vistaap, we also asked female lead Deepali Bhuta about her experience working with co-artists along with director Pankaj Pathakji, she says, "This is the 2nd or 3rd play I am working with Vipul Bhai (Vipul Vithlani). I was comfortable working with him 15 years ago and even I am comfortable even now. He is a gem of a person. She further added, "He was a super actor before and he is a super actor even now also. It's not that he can only do comedy, but he can also do any roles too.
Speaking about co-artist Vistaap, she says, "Vistaap is very good and very decent guy as I am working with him for the first time but he felt me comfortable during the rehearsal. She couldn't stop praising about director Pankaj Pathaakji saying "I have heard his name but working with him for the first time. He is a super Director, SUPER. We get to learn many things from him even if he speaks anything (Apart from play) we listen to him on what he speaks.
"Though I am working with Vistaap and director Pankaj Pathakji for the first time, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. It's not at all that I am not enjoying. Play and team is good, so I am good to go for the play."
This Drama, Suspense, Thriller is all about cheating the insurance company and trapping a CID. This play will premiere on Sunday, December 11 in Mumbai.
