Co-producer, co-director and actor Mahabanoo Mody-Kotwal says, "When playwright V, formerly known as Eve Ensler, came into my life in 2000, it completely transformed me and my life. Her friendship and this play have been a gift. Through this journey, I have met some of the most wonderful women and men and have witnessed first-hand the massively transformative power of art." She also shared the responsibility of translating the script to Gujarati alongside Chirantana Bhatt.
On adapting the play in Gujarati, co-producer and co-director Kaizaad Kotwal commented,"It is a privilege to be able to bring this play to India for the last 22 years and now doing it in Gujarati is very special.
