Winners of the Thespo Youth Theatre Festival 2022 were announced in nine categories "in recognition of the outstanding talent and innovative performances presented at the festival."

There was a diverse array of five plays (all reviewed in MTG) for consideration. This year, the jury consisted of Geetanjali Kulkarni, Mahesh Dattani, Rasika Agashe, Prachi Sibal.

The awards were announced as follows:

At the beginning of the Festival, the Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Nadira Zaheer Babbar "for her incredible work in theatre, not only as a director, but a playwright, actor and producer, known for her sensitive and diverse range of plays."
