🎭 1 Month Regular Acting Workshop
24th January to 23rd February
Train daily. Think like an actor. Live truthfully.
If acting has been more than just a passing thought for you - if it has stayed with you, quietly or loudly, for years - then this 1 Month Regular Acting Workshop is your invitation to stop waiting and start training. From 24th January to 23rd February, this intensive, full-time style workshop is designed for those who want to experience acting as a disciplined craft, not a weekend hobby.
This program is ideal for aspiring actors, theatre enthusiasts, students, serious beginners, and working professionals who can commit to regular training. No prior acting experience is required. What is required is sincerity, openness, and the courage to explore yourself honestly.

🌟 Why a Regular Acting Workshop?
Acting is not learned in shortcuts. It grows through daily practice, repetition, observation, and reflection. A regular workshop allows your body, mind, and emotions to slowly adapt to the actor-s process. Instead of rushing results, we build depth, clarity, and consistency.
This one-month regular workshop focuses on unlearning false ideas about acting and rebuilding from the ground up. You won-t be taught how to -perform better- - you will be trained to live truthfully within imaginary circumstances.

🧠 What You Will Learn
1. Understanding Acting at Its Core
We begin by breaking common myths around acting. You will learn what truthful acting really means and how to avoid overacting, imitation, and clich-s. The focus is on awareness, honesty, and presence.
2. Body Training & Physical Awareness
Your body carries habits, tension, and emotional memory. Through daily physical warm-ups, movement exercises, posture work, rhythm training, and relaxation techniques, you will learn how to make your body responsive, expressive, and free.
3. Voice & Speech Training
Voice is not about loudness, but clarity and connection. This workshop includes breath work, voice opening exercises, articulation, pitch, tone, and emotional connection with speech. You will learn how to speak with intention and ease.
4. Emotional Work & Inner Truth
Acting requires emotional availability, not emotional force. Through guided exercises, imagination work, sensory training, and emotional awareness practices, you will learn how to access emotions safely, organically, and truthfully.
5. Improvisation & Listening Skills
Improv is a core part of daily training. It sharpens spontaneity, listening, reactions, and presence. These exercises help you trust your instincts, stay in the moment, and respond honestly rather than planning performances.
6. Script Analysis & Scene Work
Participants will work on scenes and monologues, learning how to:
- Break a script
- Understand given circumstances
- Identify objectives and obstacles
- Build character backstories
- Discover subtext and relationships
Scene work is approached gradually, allowing depth and understanding rather than rushed performances.
7. Character Building Process
You will explore how characters are built from the inside out. This includes psychological understanding, physical choices, emotional layers, and behavioral patterns - all rooted in truth.
8. Camera & Theatre Sensibility
The workshop balances theatre-based training with awareness of camera acting. You will understand how performance changes between stage and screen, and how to adapt without losing honesty.
