This laboratory is for actors who:
- have existing training or stage/filmexperience
- value discipline and rigour
- are willing to work in silence and stillness
- are ready to unlearn and rebuild
- seek precision, restraint and depth
- want to sharpen presence rather than accumulate tricks

WHAT THE WORK DEMANDS
Expect sustained concentration, detailed listening, emotional control and physicalrestraint.
Expect repetition, stillness, spatial precision and honest contact.
Expect discomfort, clarity and rigour.
Attendance for all ten days is mandatory.
This work requires commitment, not curiosity.

THE ARC OF THE LABORATORY
The laboratory unfolds in four movements:
1. Deconditioning - stillness, silence, presence, listening.
2. Encounter - proximity, tension, relational truth.
3. Precision - text structure, rhythm, space as architecture.
4. Integration - repetition, endurance, refinement, presence under observation.
