Sandip's Best Friend's wedding

by Deep Hembrol

Celebrating the wedding hilariously around the country the cast and crew of 'My Best Friend's wedding' returns to the city of dreams. Producer director Sandip Sikkand is looking forward to hosting in Mumbai for some time and promising one some really good time. The comedy play in English shares nothing except the name with Julia Robert's hit flick. The plays traces an inconceivably funny incident in the life of a Avinash Advani (Ayaz Khan), who just after his wedding night wakes up to find an anonymous woman (Zarine Farooq) sleeping next to him. His most dreaded and unknown fears come alive as he tries to solve the mystery and reveal the identity of the woman with the help of his friend Samir Verma (Sandip Sikkand). What ensues is a chain of irrevocable events leading to a humorous conclusion. It is now being staged at St. Andrews's auditorium on Sunday the 30th of November.
