Ekjute Theatre Festival :

For all theatre lovers, Ekjute is having a play festival at Prithvi Theatre, Juhu. A series of plays will be staged. Extremely meaningful plays, that have a social message for the audience, I recommend you go watch them.
All the plays staged will be extremely thought provoking, but I suggest you go watch Dayashankar Ki Diary. Ashish Vidyarthi has given a brilliant performance.

The plays that will be performed are as follows:

Suman Aur Sana: The play is written in the form of a collage. It moves through the barriers of space and time through the symbolic character of a little destitute girl
Called Suman and Sana. The play is Written & Directed by Nadira Zaheer Babbar.

Begum Jaan: A play penned by eminent writer Javed Siddiqui & directed by Mrs. Nadira Zaheer Babbar. This play depicts the richness of our vast culture and heritage, which is lost today, through the life of Begum Jaan, who is the last witness of that bygone era.

Shabash Anarkali: is a parody of the romantic love story of Saleem and Anarkali. The writer Surinder Gulati has painted a clumsy, innocent and manly picture of Anarkali, who falls in love with Prince Saleem. The passionate and foolish scenes of lovers will take you to the pinnacle of romantic comedy directed by: Nadira Zaheer Babbar.

Dayashankar Ki Diary: is a portrayal of a man who comes to Bombay with dreams in his eyes but faces reality.
