Ank's HAI MERA DIL will stage its 1099th and 1100th shows at a new venue in Mumbai. The play which is about a hypochondriac was directed by Late Dinesh Thakur.
After so many shows the play is still being successfully staged. Dinesh Thakur started his theatre group Ank in October 1976 and was among the first few to continuously perform at Prithvi Theatre.
Ank celebrates its 37th anniversary with shows of HAI MERA DIL to promote the DG Khetan Auditorium as another alternative venue for Hindi theatre.
The upcoming two shows will be performed on Saturday, November 9 and Sunday, November 10 at 7 pm (on both days) at the DG Khetan International School auditorium in Malad West.
