IDEA - the Ideal Drama & Entertainment Academy - brings its flagship, the Grand Inter-School Drama Festival 2025 to Pune, promising a full day of youthful energy, fresh scripts, and fearless performances. Designed to encourage expression, teamwork, and stagecraft, the festival is a perfect year-end spotlight for emerging talent across schools.

This year's edition features a vibrant mix of Marathi, Hindi, English, and Urdu plays. Each production runs up to 25 minutes, challenging students to craft tight, compelling storytelling with inventive staging, music, and movement. Expect original scripts, bold directions, and ensembles hungry to own the stage.

Adding to the fest's diversity, IDEA also hosts three popular solo and showcase categories:

Mono Acting
Fancy Dress
Mimicry

In the spirit of accessibility, there is no entry fee for any category - making the platform truly inclusive for all participating schools.

Important Update: Extended Deadline

Good news for late entrants - the submission deadline is extended to 15 December 2025 (from 5 December). With limited additional slots, schools are encouraged to register immediately.
