Meher Pestonjee’s Play FEEDING CROWS wins the Regional Winner’s (South Aisa) Prize at the BBC International Radio Playwriting Competition...

The BBC International Radio Playwriting Competition invited writers from around the world to write a one-hour radio play on any subject. Meher Pestonjee’s play FEEDDING CROWS was shorlisted from India and has now won the runner-up and the Regional Winner’s prize from South Asia.

Meher Pestonjee has been a freelance journalist for the Hindustan Times, Indian Express, The Times of India, The Hindu, Mid-Day…and for magazines like Art India and Femina amongst others. Her creative output includes stories, novels, poems and plays. Her play PIANO FOR SALE was produced in 2006 and was directed by Avaan Patel. She lives in Mumbai and is currently working on her new novel.
