A festival of plays on Ghalib in Mumbai... Featuring actor Tom Alter as Mirza Ghalib...

The Delhi-based Pierrot's troupe in collaboration with Kirdaar in Mumbai has organised a festival of plays on the famous nineteenth century poet Mirza Ghalib. The three-day festival will showcase the plays GHALIB, GHALIB KE KHAT and GHALIB IN NEW DELHI. All three plays have been written and directed Dr M Sayeed Alam and feature noted actor Tom Alter. This is the first time that all the three plays will be presented together in Mumbai.GHALIB IN NEW DELHI has more than 340 shows to its credit.These Mumbai shows have been made possible by the Yusuf and Farida Hamied Foundation.
