East 15 Acting School, one of the UK's most renowned drama conservatoires, is set to return to Mumbai this April following a successful round of auditions last year. The School aims to connect with aspiring actors from across India, offering them a unique opportunity to audition for its internationally acclaimed training programmes.

The Mumbai auditions provide Indian performers with a rare chance to showcase their talent in person and take a significant step toward a professional career in the performing arts. In a move to encourage wider participation, the application fee has been waived for Indian applicants this year, making the process more accessible to emerging talent nationwide.
With over six decades of excellence in actor training, East 15 Acting School, a part of the University of Essex, has consistently prepared students for careers across theatre, film, television, and digital platforms. The School offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including a one-year MA, two-year MFA, and three-year BA (Hons) Acting courses. These programmes focus on building strong technical foundations for both stage and screen performance.

In addition, specialised training in Acting for Digital Media equips students with skills in screen acting, voice work, and performance capture, aligning with the evolving demands of the global entertainment industry.

Ahead of the auditions, participants can attend an exclusive Q&A session with Tim Supple, Head of MA Acting and an internationally acclaimed theatre director. Having worked extensively across the UK, India, China, and Europe, Supple brings invaluable insights into the craft and industry.
