The Going Solo International Theatre festival is bringing internationally-acclaimed solo theatre to India for the very first time. Starting October 2013, two of the world's renowned solo artists, Pip Utton and Jailoshini Naidoo will present their shows in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai.

Pip Utton will perform the monologues ADOLF and CHURCHILL whereas Jailoshini Naidoo will perform in AT THE EDGE. The festival has been organized by Teamwork in collaboration with various partners.

The Bangalore edition of the festival is from October 11-12, Delhi shows are on from October 15-17 and the shows in Mumbai are scheduled for October 19-21.

A Master Class on the art of solo theatre has been organised in Mumbai in collaboration with Avid Learning. Pip Utton and Jailoshini Naidu will converse with Yuki Ellias, a film-maker, actor and teacher.

Join the conversation on combining elements of storytelling, stand-up comedy, performance poetry, live literature and physical theatre to create a unique experience without the need of lavish sets, costumes or supporting cast.

This conversation will take place on October 19 2013 at Sophia Bhabha auditorium at 11 am.
