Pratik Gandhi all set to make a mark in Gujarati and Hindi Cinema on the same day...

Films Ventilator (Gujarati) & Mitron (Hindi) both to release on 14th September 2018.

One of the most sought-after and reliable names in Gujarati Theatre, Pratik Gandhi, has paved his way and reached the threshold of Bollywood. Marking his Bollywood debut with Mitron alongside Jacky Bhagnani and Kritika Kamra, he has the film Ventilator in Gujarati to look forward to as well.

On how he landed a role in Mitron, Pratik Gandhi elaborates, "Mitron's director Nitin Khakkar was looking for an actor who could add local Gujarati feel to this character and who looked believable. After watching my work in other films like Bey Yaar and Wrong Side Raju he was convinced I would fit in perfectly. I enjoyed this character because unlike other Hindi films that portray Gujarati characters with fake and loud performances, this film portrayed a very young realistic Gujarati character. This is my debut film in Hindi cinema, so I have learnt a lot from this film. The working pattern, the canvas and the craft differ a lot from the Gujarati industry. It was a learning curve for me and working with Jacky Bhagnani was brilliant."

Ventilator is the remake of the hit Marathi film by the same name in Gujarati. The movie has a huge ensemble star cast of thirty-five actors and the trailer is already been received positively. Pratik Gandhi will be the Gujarati counterpart to Jitendra Joshi's role in the Marathi outing. This emotion stirring film is one of the most anticipated films in the Gujarati film industry. It has been directed by Umang Vyas.

This promising actor has other film projects to look forward to. Right after the release of these films, the next one lined up is Loveratri by Salman Khan Films just in time for Navratri. The film penned by Niren Bhatt will see Pratik sharing screen space with debutant actor Ayush Sharma, and will release on 5th October. Sharing a little about this movie, Pratik Gandhi says, "This is a big banner break for me. I had a great working experience with Ram Kapoor who is a powerhouse of talent and Aayush was fun to work with as co-actor."
