Kolkata's theatre lovers are in for a December to remember as Nandikar, one of India's most celebrated theatre groups, announces the 42nd edition of its National Theatre Festival, to be held from 16th to 25th December 2025 at the Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata.

The festival, a landmark event in India's cultural calendar, will feature an exciting lineup of plays representing the diversity and dynamism of Indian theatre.
